@ nibor100
Seems like BYND is a safer bet (as of 10/12/2021):
Since you are doing paper trading, might as well add OKTA & ZIM:
The trading frame for these 3 tickers will be the next 10 to 15 trading days, i.e., getting out on the day it shoots up (by more than 6% intraday) OR heading South by more than 4%.

Thank you, Ed S
So far, I am only paper trading crock pot as I learn posts from you and Redversa.
Your tracking tool is a very helpful learning tool for me with Redversa's filters.
My paper trades and stock picking skills using crock pots as filters were not great
mainly because some of the names had an inherent propensity to decline.
But crock pots seem pretty good when used as stat reports to help me with stock picks
at large, like blue chips BAC,JPM,WFC for quick swing trades.
Thanks again for your help and your thoughts in this thread.

@styliten,
I'm not following why you are presenting me with those 3 stocks: as they don't appear in the list of results for Tro Crock Pot 2.0 when run last weekend, and this thread is for exploring that particular TRO filter.
Thanks,
Ed S.

The rest of Monday morning's first 30 minutes of paper trading stats:
9 stocks hit the 2% stop by 10am, with selling all other positions at that time results in a gain of $19.32.
6 stocks hit the 4% stop by 10am, with selling all other positions at that time results in a gain of $43.84.
4 stocks hit the 5% stop by 10am, with selling all other positions at that time results in a gain of $53.70.
By end of day Monday:
14 stocks hit the 2% stop, with selling all other positions at that time results in a loss of -.$17.44.
I now more clearly see why he holds onto the stocks that don't hit his 2% stop by the end of the week,in order to let them have a chance to return higher.
Of course, by today at noon, 1 more stock had hit the 2 % stop, leaving 5 stocks that had not and probably will not by tomorrow evening.

Ed S,
THANK YOU for your live paper test results.
Your paper test results encapsulate very well my dilemma with the conflicting ideas
in many crock pot threads and posts.
I feel lucky that I've been making money so far.
Going forward, I will likely stick to a few good crock pot suggestions and risk warnings
that have worked for me.

To:
TheRumpledOne, redversa721, nibor100, VenturaTrader, SAFeTRADE, snappyfrog, ron22, Mactheriverrat,
xarlor, and many smart people who posted tips and warnings about crock pot over the years
My heartfelt thanks.
TRO's original crock pot thread, ideas and advice are good. If I understand TRO correctly,
I just aim for 1% a week or about 0.2% a day. I exit when 1% gain is reached, or at the end
of the week whether gain or loss.
TRO repeatedly told people: Just aim for 1%. Don't get greedy.
I also get the synergy for crock pot by reading TRO's related threads on stats reports, MTC, RFR.
TRO's original crock pot was distorted by some well-meaning people who came after him.
These overreached crock pot systems as knock-offs. A knock-off "TRO's crock pot"
is NOT a "TRO's crock pot", any more than a knock-off Rolex can be called a Rolex.
It's how we trade. It's the users, not the systems.
There is no holy grail system, and that includes some of the TQQQ SQQQ systems on C2.
See the gain and loss transactions for TQQQ SQQQ systems and other systems posted
on C2 for yourself.

Kind of a weak attempt at taking shots at a system that crushes the SP but I can see how you would be triggered. That system has 178 subscribers at $95 to $195 a month across the net depending on its performance you can do the math on that one, and that’s just my hobby.
