There are several websites with good, free, and easy-to-use fundamental screens, e.g.

The Kirk Report had a good list of screeners earlier this year:
http://www.thekirkreport.com/2007/01/stock_screeners.html
The MSN one is probably the most comprehensive one that is free. But note that it won't work with FireFox -- you need to use IE.
