This is awful ... even if you're short.
It's just not something I'd take advantage of.

I ordered a sofa online a month ago.
It still hasn't been delivered (delivery was "delayed").
100% likely it was made in china and probably in quarantine.
I don't even want it anymore.

I live in Florida, and last night went to BJ'S warehouse to stock up and Prep.
Went with my wife, and there was a Chinese family coughing up a storm, all wearing face masks.
Not a word of English.
Spooked the sh_t out my wife and I.
Tried to stay as far away as possible during our visit there.
Later during the visit, I needed to return to an aisle having forgot to buy Feta cheese.
They were in the aisle, So I quickly grabbed what I needed, and scrammed.
I have never thought in this way before.
Sad to say I needed to think in that way.

@ kossvet,
You've got guts. Given what you saw, I would NOT have touched a thing in that store ...
I would've left the cart and gotten outta there like a bat out of hell.
Three weeks ago, I was standing in a long line at the Post Office.
There were 3 postal agents at the counter.
When the man in front of me was next, he turned around to me and said, "you can go ahead".
I then turned to the woman behind me and said, "you can go ahead".
The next available postal clerk was Asian and wearing a mask. She was coughing and sick as a dog.
I've known this postal clerk for years (15+). She's very dedicated and I know she often comes to work sick - - never calls out. Frequently, when it snows, she's the only one who reports to work.
After the woman who'd been standing behind me went forward to the counter, I said to the guy in front of me, "I'm not that stupid".
I don't remember his rebuttal, but we were NOT laffing.
I have no doubt, anyone with any sense is reacting the same way.
BTW, Corona beer has lost millions; "worst quarter in a decade... "

It's a miracle the Baltic Dry Index has managed to go up in February.
(Benchmark for shipping raw materials overseas)
No wonder millions greeted Prz. Trump in India last week .... the reason is crystal clear.
Methinks China's gonna get dumped.

@ Nobody,
IF the indices cross above the 200DMA, that's probably assurance we're "back to normal".
"Normal" being more repo/treasury infusions and interest rate cuts.

So E-Z!
Repo and rate cuts! Works everytime.
(Until one day it' won't.)
