Just something i saw on oil but would not bank on it.
As far as XIV, my filter is still in long mode,
but am afraid to re-enter this late in its cycle.
The market is not fit for humans, unless you are completely robotic,
i suggest real estate. For instance, i bought 4 condos last year for 50-75g,
everyone of them is worth more than 120g now plus i collect 1300 monthly rent for each &
2300 for a single family home.
I now own 14 units & never have to work again.

I agree with you on RE. It's a more stable investment.
My problem is, you've gotta like people to manage rental property.
Unfortunately, I've always had a problem w/ renters. So, RE not a match for my temperament.

Down goes FAS, lost 99 bucks.
This is why the fickle market is stupid & real estate rules.
I hate each & everyone of my tenants but i'd rather deal with them 25 times a year
than work 250 days.

Here we go AGAIN ... Got the same question ...
PRE-MARKET .. SPY and e-minis = down, so why is XIV down too?
Shouldn't it be going up in the Pre-M?
