Bailed 26.21 mainly because i bought another condo for 81g
& i will use this for that.
So i made about 25g all in all this month, & though it's
exciting to have your guts ripped out every day,
i want to slow it down.

Do not be surprised if XIV goes on a tear after this correction.

Just bought another condo for 32g via auction that
has comps for 140g!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is absolutely astonishing. There is virtually free money
sitting there and anyone can come up with this chump change.
I really should not be talking bout this.
My biggest dilemma is hold for a 30% return on rent,
or flip for 100g profit!
