 Lending Club will prob. Level out at 14% & there is always the risk of company going BK.

 For SH, if monthly Sma 2 closes above 21 for the month & candle is green, we are in for a long bear, if it drops below by eom & candle is red, the bull will rage again.

 This whole thing is a gamble Mac, sure you can make $$ but that could all get wiped out in a flash.
 Who knows, it may come back by March at which point I may get back in I think I like a steady income as opposed to neurosis

 ======
 ITA!
 #1 - pure gambling.
 #2 - steady income - THIS IS NOT. (Makes me want to back into real estate.)
 Most of the time I'm reading a book. This $#+!! is not worth the bother. Worse than a slot machine, IMHO.

 I think if daytraders really delve inside, they will see that they are seeking an adrenaline rush. in all essence, you are flipping a coin day after day which will wipe you out. Same goes for long term investing, goes up slow, crashes fast. Unless you're happy with 3% after all fees & stress.

 Sure I have 1 crazy tenant but so what. I'd rather work 30 days a year making good $$ fixing furnaces with just a phone call to Frank than praying the casino goes my way. On top of that, every condo I bought in the 30-60k range, is worth 130k. There might be a correction but I'll still get my rent.

 Anybody look into Lending Club? Ez money.

 I play poker at a traveling charitable event. Everyday you will find about 300 players attending. I am considered a top 10 player but I do not play at the 300 single tables. I find it too challenging to have to deal with all the strong personalities, so what do I do, I play the small & midrange tables. In a 10 handed sit n go, I cash 40% of the time. Everyone must find their niche.
