  Yeah, rent.    For a mere 500g you can make 100g a year & never have to work again.
 
 You can get units for 50-70g & make 1100-1400 on each, minus your exp. this leaves you with
 8-12g when you factor all your deductions like asoc. depreciation etc. Where else can you get such an ez 15%
 return.

  nah garages are the best, not too much experience with tenants huh shilly, just wait till you get a few 
 who dont pay, etc. then you'll need that filipino big brother in law.

  I've never had a deadbeat but i've had tenants that paid rent that was too low.
 Ez money.

  Not after, before.
 
 I just picked up another yesterday for 55g but didn't want to mention it since Klynn
 was getting excited. The list price was 63g.
 
 After all fees & deductions, i will clear about 11g which i guess is about 18%
 
 So that's how it's done.

  that's some ridiculous numbers....
 
 compare it to a two bedroom apartment in Moscow worth of ~ $400k....
 
 and rent of  ~60,000 rubles/month.... which used to be $2000.....and now only $1000...
 
 was 6%/yr, now 3%/yr.....

  Just type in condos for Schaumburg, & north suburban Chicago then go to Zillow.
 You will see price & rent estimate.
 
 You will be asking yourself why would you be playing around with

  I will certainly take a look.
 
 Stocks have too many disadvantages over futures/options. It took me some time to learn it.
